Shipping and returns

Shipping your purchases

Packages are generally dispatched within 8 to 10 days after receipt of payment. LBO Art & Antiques prefers payments by bank transfer.

Purchases are shipped via UPS, DHL or similar with a tracking number, insurance and delivered with the buyer's signature. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package, its value and its final destination. In case of multiple purchases, a grouping can be considered when it is possible in practice.

Packages are shipped at the buyer's risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. Box dimensions are appropriate and items are properly protected.

Buyers are responsible for verifying before shipment whether the law on the importation of antiques allows the entry of the purchased item into their territory. LBO Art & Antiques cannot be held responsible for any blockages at the customs of the destination countries. Import fees are payable by the buyer.

LBO Art & Antiques sends the goods in declared value with the customs documents and appropriate invoice. In no case does LBO Art & Antiques agree to reduce the declared values or to send the goods in the "gift-worthless" category.

LBO Art & Antiques prefers hand delivery when possible.
